Warranty Terms
Warranty Period Validity
In consumer sales, the seller is responsible for 2 years from the moment of goods transfer. During the first 6 months, it is assumed that defects were present at the time of purchase. During the next 18 months, the burden of proof lies with the buyer.
Warranty Scope
Covers manufacturing defects and material defects. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear
- Insufficient maintenance
- Incorrect installation
- Incorrect use
- Damages caused by external factors
Extended warranty does not apply to spare parts used in motorsports or in cars used for profit-generating activities.
Filing a Complaint
Submit a written application with proof of purchase (invoice or bank card statement). Send by mail to our address or by email to [email protected]. Expected processing time is 14 working days.
Original Spare Parts
The warranty case must be coordinated before dismantling the part. For electrical parts, a diagnostic report from the car dealership is required.
Consumer Rights
The consumer can request free repair, replacement with a new item, or reduction of the purchase price. Cancellation of the contract is possible in case of a significant breach.
Dispute Resolution
